How to use this portal?

Open tickets, search or navigate Knowledge Base, learn from our Youtube channel.

Open a ticket using the form:

2. Give us all the details needed (including your contact info)

3. If it's easier for you, just email us the problem here: help @ kodingtech.com

4. If not internet access, call us at +40.314.33.50.50 (8x5 phone line). One of our colleagues will open up a ticket for you.

Search/navigate knowledge base

On the left you have a menu with most important topics. On the right you can find a search box. Use whatever fits you most for finding your needed info.
